Abstract
THE EFFECT OF REGIONAL EXPENDITURE CLASSIFICATION ON TOTAL REGIONAL EXPENDITURE OF MERANGIN REGENCY 2010-2020 BOGA AHMAD Supervisor : OSI HAYUNI PUTRI, S.E., M.E Study Program : Development Economics Sakti Alam Kerinci School of Economics, Sungai Penuh ABSTRACT The scope of the research is limited to the discussion of the classification of regional expenditures, namely operating expenditures, capital expenditures, unexpected expenditures, transfer expenditures and total regional expenditures of Merangin Regency which occurred in the 2010-2020 period. As for what distinguishes this study from previous research, in this study the authors used the independent variables operating expenditure (X1), capital expenditure (X2), unexpected expenditure (X3) and transfer expenditure (X4) in Merangin Regency. In addition, the authors add the dependent variable in the form of total regional expenditure. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions in this study are: 1. Simultaneously there is a significant positive effect between operating expenditures (X1), capital expenditures (X2), unexpected expenditures (X3) and transfer expenditures (X4) having a significant effect on the total regional expenditure (Y) in Merangin Regency in 2010-2020 with F count > F table (36.039 > 4.76) while partially only unexpected expenditures have no effect on regional spending because the value of t count < t table. 2. The classification of regional expenditures consisting of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, unexpected expenditures and transfer expenditures to the total regional expenditures of Merangin Regency in 2010-2020 is 96.0%. While partially operating expenditure (X1) has an effect on total expenditure of 33.05%. Capital expenditure (X2) has an effect on total expenditure of 29.85%. Unexpected spending (X3) has an effect on total spending only 0.32% of total spending. Transfer spending (X4) has an effect on total spending of 32.80%.
