Abstract

Abstract This study is entitled The Effect of Hedonism, Promotion and Service Quality on Purchasing decisions at Cosmetic Stores (case study of Nirini Make Up Store. The respondents who were used were consumers of Cosmetic Stores (case study of Nirini Make Up Store. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hedonic, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Nirini Make Up Store Cosmetics Store either partially or simultaneously. The results of this research are hedonic has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirini Make Up Store Cosmetics Store, this is evidenced by t count greater than t table promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirini Make Up Store Cosmetics Store, this is evidenced by t count greater than t table. Waiter quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirini Make Up Store Cosmetics Store, this is evidenced by t count greater than t table. hedonic, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirini Make Up Store Cosmetics Store simultaneously or together, this is evidenced by F count greater than F table.
