Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing and Relationship on the Performance of Bank Mandiri Kota Sungai Penuh Employees. The data used is primary data obtained from respondents who filled out questionnaires. The population and sample amounted to 17 employees of Bank Mandiri Kota Sungai Penuh. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. With the results of the research as follows. (1). Information Sharing has no partial effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.03 > 0.5 while tcalculate < ttable (3.670 < 2,160). So it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected meaning that Information Sharing does not have a significant effect on employee performance. (2). Knowledge sharing has a positive and partially significant effect on performance, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.219 < 0.05 while the calculated value > ttable (-1.292 > 2.160). Therefore, from this conclusion that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, it means that Knowledge Sharing has a significant influence on performance. (3). Relationship has a positive and partially significant effect on performance, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.740 < 0.05 while the calculated value > ttable (-0.338 > 2.160). Therefore, from this conclusion that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, it means that Relationship has a significant influence on performance. (4). Information Sharing (X1), Knowledge Sharing (X2) and Relationship (X3) simultaneously affect Performance (Y). This is evident from the results of the F test showing that the significant value is 0.003 < 0.5 while the fcalculate is > ftable (7.974 > 3.35). This means that the variables Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing and Relationship simultaneously have a significant influence on Performance. (5). The R-square value of 0.648 shows that the effect of the independent variable (X) simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y) is 64.8%, while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other factors not described in this study. Keywords : Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing, Relationship and Employee Performance
