Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Kulaitas Produk dan proses Terhadap Minat beli ulang Voucher Internet family Net di Desa Semerah baik secara parsial dan simultan serta besar pengaruhnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 orang Pengguna Voucher Family Net Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner atau angket. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi serta uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh signifikan Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (3,578 > 1,99167) serta dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 < 0,050. Besar pengaruh Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah secara parsial adalah 20,8%. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,110 > 1,99167) serta dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,038 < 0,050. Besar pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah secara parsial adalah 11,8%. Proses berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,210 > 1,99167) serta dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,030 < 0,050. Besar pengaruh ProsesTerhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah secara parsial adalah 9,2%. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Proses terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah dapat dibuktikan dengan Fhitung > F tabel (F hitung > F tabel (18,201 > 2,72) serta dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05). Besarnya pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Proses Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Voucher Internet family Net di desa semerah adalah sebesar 41,8%, Sedangkan sisanya 58,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Harga, Kualitas Produk, Proses, Minat Beli Ulang ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Price, Product Quality and Process on the Interest in Repurchasing Family Net Internet Vouchers in Semerah Village both partially and simultaneously and the magnitude of the influence. The sample of this study was 80 Family Net Voucher Users Data collection using questionnaire or questionnaire methods. Product Quality has a significant effect on the Repurchase Interest of Family Net Internet Vouchers in Semerah Village, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.110 > 1.99167) and with significance value = 0.038 < 0.050. The influence of Product Quality on the Interest in Repurchasing Family Net Internet Vouchers in Semerah Village is partially 11.8%. The process has a significant effect on the repurchase interest of family Net Internet vouchers in Semerah village, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.210 > 1.99167) and with significance value = 0.030 < 0.050. The effect of the Process on the Interest in Repurchasing Family Net Internet Vouchers in Semerah Village is partially 9.2%. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between Price, Product Quality and Process on the Interest in Repurchasing Internet Family Net Vouchers in Semerah Village can be proven by Fcalculate > F table (F calculate > F table (18.201 > 2.72) and with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05). The magnitude of the influence of Price, Product Quality and Process on the Interest in Repurchasing Family Net Internet Vouchers in Semerah Village was 41.8%, while the remaining 58.2% was explained by other causal factors that were not studied in this study.
