Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inventory turnover, dividend policy, and profit margin on working capital at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2015–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, inventory turnover does not have a significant effect on working capital. This is evidenced by the t-statistic value of -0.777, which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.447, and a significance value of 0.466, which is greater than 0.05. Meanwhile, dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on working capital, as indicated by a t-statistic value of 6.059, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.447, and a significance value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. Profit margin also has a positive and significant effect on working capital, as shown by a t-statistic value of 4.916, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.447, and a significance value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05.Simultaneously, inventory turnover, dividend policy, and profit margin have a significant effect on working capital. This is demonstrated by an F- statistic value of 13.822, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.76, and a significance value of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 87.4% indicates that variations in working capital can be explained by the three independent variables in this study, while the remaining 12.6% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Inventory Turnover, Dividend Policy, Profit Margin, Working Capital
