Abstract

Employee performance in the education department is based on the performance produced by employees based on their and responsibilitas in terms of quality and quantity to achieve organizational goals. The general objective of the education department is to assist local governments in carrying out government affairs in the field of education, with a focus on improving the quality and accessibility of better education services for the entire community. Gender, age, last education and length of service of respondents were collected for data analysis through the self-assessment system method, training methods and training materials.
