Abstract
Abstract This study aims to identify the influence of Attitude, Motivation and Personality on Employee Performance at the Social Service of Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted to test whether there is a relationship or influence between variables, specifically to test the hypothesis in the structural equation. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The results showed that attitude had a significant influence on the performance of civil servants as evidenced by t count > t table (2.398 > 2.055529) and with a significant value = 0.024 <0.05. Motivation has a significant influence on the performance of civil servants as evidenced by t count > t table (2.076 > 2.055529) and with a significant value = 0.048 < 0.05. Personality has a significant influence on the performance of civil servants as evidenced by t count > t table (2.225 > 2.055529) and a significant value = 0.035 < 0.05. Attitude, motivation and personality have a significant influence on the performance of civil servants as evidenced by F count > F table (33.941 > 2.975154) and with a significant value = 0.000 < 0.05.
