Abstract

Abstract This study aims to look at the relationship of Organizational Support with the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency. The research method used in this study is the Quantitative Method, because the researcher wants a measurement between Variable X and Y. The sample in this study is 35 people. The technique used in determining the respondent is saturated sampling while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses hypothesis testing, with the results of the study can be seen 3.1285> 2.0345 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that scientific support has a significant relationship with the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency.
