Abstract

TRANSPARANSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DALAM PENCAPAIAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DI DESA KOTO TENGAH KECAMATAN SIULAK KABUPATEN KERINCI Rego Hazizal Pembimbing Utama Maryanto, S.E.,M.S.Ak Program Studi Akuntansi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Sakti Alam Kerinci, Sungai Penuh ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) dalam pencapaian good governance di desa koto tengah kecamatan siulak kabupaten kerinci. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa dan masyarakat desa koto tengah. Jumlah sample yang di peroleh adalah 30 orang. Data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianggap instrumen utama. Pada fase pengujian peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode pengujian yang dianggap sangat penting untuk digunakan. Metode tersebut adalah: analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis.transparansi secara persial terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa, ini dibuktikan t hitung sebesar 3,122 dan t tabel sebesar 1,70329, karena t hitung > t tabel (3,122 > 1,70329), dengan tingkat signifikan adalah (0,004 < 0,05).akuntabilitas secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa, ini dibuktikan t hitung sebesar -2,268 dan t tabel sebesar 1,70329, karena t hitung > t tabel (-2,268> 1,70329), dengan tingkat signifikan adalah (0,032 < 0,05).transparansi dan akuntabilitas secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa, ini dibuktikan F hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai F tabel.( 9,158 > 3,35)dengan tingkat signifikan adalah (0,001 ≤ 0,05). In this study, the type of research used by researchers is quantitative by using data. The population of this research is the village apparatus and the village community of Koto Tengah. The number of samples obtained was 30 people. The data used by researchers are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire which is considered the main instrument. In the testing phase the researcher uses several testing methods which are considered very important to use. These methods are: multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Transparency partially has a significant influence on the management of village fund allocations, this is proven by t count of 3.122 and t table of 1.70329, because t count > t table (3.122 > 1.70329), with a significant level of (0.004 <0.05). Accountability partially has a significant effect on the management of village funds, this is evidenced by t count of -2.268 and t table of 1.70329, because t count > t table (-2.268 > 1.70329), with a significant level of (0.032 <0.05). Transparency and accountability simultaneously have a significant effect on the management of village funds, this is evidenced by the F count being greater than the F table value (9.158 > 3.35) with a significant level of (0.001 ≤ 0.05).
