Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap efektivitas kerja guru SMPN 11 Sungai penuh secara parsial. 2.Untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah pengaruh produktivitas kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMPN 11 sungai penuh secara parsial. 3. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMPN 11 sungai penuh secara parsial. 4. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah pengaruh knowledge sharing, produktivitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMPN 11 sungai penuh secara simultan.pengolahan analisis data mengunakan spss 23.Dengan hasil penelitian 1.knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMPN 11 sungai penuh yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel (-1,587 < 2,04841) dengan signifikasi 0,124.2.produktivitas kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja di SMPN 11 sungai penuh yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel (0,690< 2,04841) dengan signifikasi 0,496.3.lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja di SMPN 11 sungai penuh yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel (1,286< 2,04841) dengan signifikasi 0,209.4. Knowledge Sharing (X1), Produktivitas Kerja (X2), Lingkungan Kerja (X3), secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Kerja (Y) Guru di SMPN 11 sungai penuh dengan tingkat kepercayaan α = 0,05 adalah 2,95 maka F_hitung > F_tabel yaitu 1,400 > 2,95. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Sharing,Produktivitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja,Efektivitas Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1. Knowledge Sharing (X_1), Work Productivity (X_2), Work Environment (X_3), simultaneously influence the Work Effectiveness (Y) of Teachers at SMPN 11 Sungai Penuh with a confidence level of α = 0.05 is 2.95, then F_count > F_table, namely 1.400 > 2.95.
