Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 2. Untuk mengetahui sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 3. Untuk mengetahui iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 4. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan, sarana prasaran dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1. Kemampuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan besar pengaruhnya hanya 13,08%. 2. Sarana prasarana tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan besar pengaruhnya hanya 7,99%. 3. Iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan besar pengaruhnya adalah 17,54%. 4. Secara simultan kemampuan, sarana prasarana dan iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Talang Lindung Sakti dan besar pengaruhnya adalah 39,3%. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, Sarana Prasarana, Iklim Kerja, Kinerja. ABSTRACT This research aims to 1. To find out the influence of ability on the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and how much influence it has partially. 2. To find out the infrastructure facilities for the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and how much influence it has partially. 3. To find out the work climate for the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and how much influence it has partially. 4. To find out the ability, infrastructure and work climate for the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and how much influence it has simultaneously. The results of the study stated that 1. Ability has no effect on the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and its influence is only 13.08%. 2. Infrastructure facilities have no effect on the performance of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and its influence is only 7.99%. 3. The working climate affects the performance of employees of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and its influence is 17.54%. 4. Simultaneously, the ability, infrastructure and working climate affect the performance of PT. Talang Lindung Sakti and its influence is 39.3%.
