Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management, teamwork, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Siulak Sub-district Office. The research used a quantitative method with a survey approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially and simultaneously knowledge management, teamwork, and job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. Knowledge management has a negative effect, indicating its implementation is not yet optimal, while teamwork and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective knowledge management, teamwork, and job satisfaction in improving employee performance and public service quality. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management, teamwork, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Siulak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan knowledge management, teamwork, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Knowledge management berpengaruh negatif yang menunjukkan penerapannya belum optimal, sedangkan teamwork dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan pengetahuan, kerja sama tim, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Teamwork, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
