Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy (X1), financial attitude (X2), and financial knowledge (X3) on financial management behavior (Y) of employees at UMKM Depati VII Coffee, Sungai Penuh. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 35 respondents during February–March 2026 and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that simultaneously, financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial knowledge have a significant effect on financial management behavior (F = 21.321; sig. 0.000), explaining 67.4% of the variance (R² = 0.674). Partially, only financial attitude has a significant effect (t = 2.602; sig. 0.014), while financial literacy (sig. 0.094) and financial knowledge (sig. 0.123) do not show significant individual effects. These findings suggest that a positive financial attitude plays a pivotal role in shaping sound financial management behavior in MSME employees, while combined literacy and knowledge factors remain important when considered collectively. Keywords: financial literacy, financial attitude, financial knowledge, financial management behavior, MSME
