(2) the partial effect of commitment on the performance of employees at the Sungai Penuh City Social Service and the magnitude of this influence. (3) the partial effect of competence on the performance of employees at the Sungai Penuh City Social Service and the magnitude of this influence. (4) the simultaneous effect of human resource quality, commitment, and competence on the performance of employees at the Sungai Penuh City Social Service and the magnitude of this influence. The population in this study was 30 employees at the Sungai Penuh City Social Service. The entire population was then sampled using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis tools used were TCR and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the quality of human resources has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Social Service, as evidenced by tcount> ttable or (8.029> 2.01669) and sig <α (0.000 <0.05) and its influence is 31.88%. Commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Social Service, as evidenced by tcount> ttable or (5.909> 2.01669) and sig <α (0.000 <0.05) and its influence is 17.66%. Competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Social Service, as evidenced by tcount> ttable or (9.377> 2.01669) and sig <α (0.000 <0.05) and its influence is 33.80%. The quality of human resources, commitment, and competence have a significant influence on the performance of Keywords: Human Resource Quality; Commitment; Competence; Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan besarnya pengaruh. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan besarnya pengaruh. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan besarnya pengaruh. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, komitmen, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh secara simultan dan besarnya pengaruh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 30 orang. Selanjutnya didapatkan semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 30 orang pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah TCR dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel atau (8,029 > 2,01669) dan sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) dan pengaruhnya sebesar 31,88%. Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > 1 ttabel atau (5,909 > 2,01669) dan sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) dan pengaruhnya sebesar 17,66 %. Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel atau (9,377 > 2,01669) dan sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) dan pengaruhnya sebesar 33,80%. Kualitas SDM, komitmen, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Sungai Penuh secara simultan ini dibuktikan dengan Fhitung  Ftabel atau 69,944  2,75 dan pengaruhnya sebesar 31,88%.
