Abstract

Friend udara Depati perbu is a pioneering air terminal located in Kerinci district, Jambi province, which aims to be the main entrance to the region for airplanes.This study aims to determine the influence of work environment motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Dipati Ukur Airport. Respondents in this study were true employees of Adipati Perbu Airport. In this study, the population referred to is all individual employees of Depati Perbu Airport in desa angkasa pura hiang Kecamatan Sitinjau Laut, Kabupaten Kerinci, Jambi, That is, a sample of 59 employees. The data collection methods used are observation and questionnaires.the following conclusions can be drawn, Work Motivation Influence on employee loyalty at the airport in four cities, due T caunt < T table (0,548< 2.00488). The work environment influences the quality of employees at four airports in Perbu due T caunt < T table (-1,751< -2.00488). Job satisfaction has an impact on employee loyalty at airports in four types of thousands due T caunt < T table (0,468 < 2.00488)
