Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the production cycle and internal control on the effectiveness of MSME performance (case study of Batik Karang Setio) in Sungai Penuh City. This study was conducted at the MSME Batik Karang Setio on Jl. Yos Sudarso, Gedang Village, Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study were all Batik MSMEs in Sungai Penuh City, and the sample taken was MSME Batik Karang Setio with 55 respondents. This study was tested using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the influence of the production cycle and internal control, both partially and simultaneously, influenced the effectiveness of MSME performance. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the Production Cycle (X1) there were 2,396 from Thitung, so there was a significant influence. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of Internal Control (X2) there were 1,276 from Thitung, so there was a significant influence. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion there were 13,699 in Fhitung, so there was a significant influence. Keywords: Financial governance, production cycle, internal control, MSME
