Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the influence of Competence, Work Discipline and Compensation on the Quality of Public Services of Kemantan Hilir Village Officials. This study was conducted to test whether there is an influence between variables, namely specifically a hypothesis test will be carried out in the structural equation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. With the results of the study Partially Competence Variables have a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services of Kemantan Hilir Village Officials, Partially Work Discipline variables have a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services of Kemantan Hilir Village Officials. Partially Compession variables have a significant effect Services (Y). This on the Quality of Public Services. Simultaneously Compession (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Compessionm (X3) have a significant effect on the Quality of Public has been proven from the resultsof the simultaneous test (f test), which states the value of f count> f table, namely 4.194>3.340 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Competence, Competence; Work discipline, Compensation Quality of public service ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan Pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin kerja dan Kompesasi Terhadap Kualitas pelayanan public aparat desa kematan hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh antar variabel, yakni secara khusus akan dilakukan uji hipotesis dalam persamaan struktural. Teknik analisis data yang dogunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian Secara Parsial Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan publik aparat desa kemantan hilir, Secara parsial variabel Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan public aparat desa kemantan hilir. Secara parsial variabel Kompesasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan publik. Secara simultan Kompesasi (X1), Disiplin kerja (X2) dan Kompesasi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan publik (Y).
