Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Kerinci, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The subjects of the study were the teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Kerinci. The results indicate that organizational climate, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Kerinci, both partially and simultaneously. These factors account for 95.8% of the influence on teacher performance, while the remaining 4.2% is attributed to other factors not addressed in this study.
