Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS DAN PENGALAMAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN PUSKESMAS TARUTUNG KABUPATEN KERINCI NOVENDRA PEMBIMBING : ZEFFRI EFDISON, S.KOM, M.M PROGRAM STUDI : MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI SAKTI ALAM KERINCI ABSTRAK Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Pengalaman Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Tarutung Kabupaten Kerinci.Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Sebanyak 40 Responden. Data DiKumpulkan Dengan Kuisioner Yang Telah Di Uji Validitas, Deskriptif Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi Dan Pengujian Hipotesis Dengan Menggunakan Uji T Dan Uji F. Hasil Penelitian Ini Menunjukkan Bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Dan Positif Antara Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Tarutung Kabupaten Kerinci, Dapat Dibuktikan Dengan T Hitung (2,151> 2,03011). Terdapat Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Antara Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Tarutung Kabupaten Kerinci Yaitu (2,229> 2,03011). Terdapat Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Antara Pengalaman Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Tarutung Kabupaten Kerinci Yaitu, (2,189>2,03011). Terdapat Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Antara Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Pengalaman Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Desa Tarutung Kabupaten Kerinci Yaitu Dapat Dibuktikan F Hitung > F Tabel Yaitu, (12,410 > 2,87). Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Pengalaman Dan Kepuasan THE EFFECT OF QUALITY OF SERVICES, FACILITIES AND EXPERIENCES ON PATIENT SATISFACTION IN TARUTUNG PUSKESMAS KERINCI REGENCY. ABSTRACK This Study Aims To Determine The Effect Of Service Quality, Facilities, And Experience On Patient Satisfaction At Tarutung Public Health Center, Kerinci Regency. The Sample In This Study Were 40 Respondents. Data Were Collected By Using A Questionnaire That Ras Been Tested For Validity, Descriptive, Multiple Linier Regression, Confficient Of Determinasion, And Hypothesis Testing Using T Test And F Test. The Results Of This Study Indicate That There Is A Significant And Positive Effect Between Service Quality On Patient Satisfaction At Tarutung Public Healt Center, Kerinci Regency, As Evidenced By I Count (2,151>2,03011). There Is A Significant Effert Between Facilities On Patient Satisfaction At Tarutung Public Health Center, Kerinci Regency.Namely (2,229> 2.03011). There Is Significant Effert Between Experience On Patient Saisfaction At Tarutung Public Health Center, Kerinci Regency,Namely, (2,189> 2,03011).There Is A Significant Influence Between Aervice Quality, Facilities And Experience On Patient Satisfaction In Tarutung Village, Kerinci Regency, Which Can Be Proven By F Count > F Tabel,Namely, (12,410>2.87).
