Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap prestasi kerja guru di smp negeri 34 kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya?, 2.) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap prestasi kerja guru di smp negeri 34 kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya?, 3.) Untuk mengetahui keterampilan pekerjaan terhadap prestasi kerja guru di smp negeri 34 kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya?, 4.) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan terhadap prestasi kerja guru di smp negeri 34 kerinci secara simultan dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. Populasi dalam penenelitian ini adalah keseluruhan guru berjumlah 30 orang yang berstatus sebagai Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS). Karena jumlah objek penelitian Smp Negeri 34 Kerinci adalah 30 orang guru dijadikan sampel. Teknik penentan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling jenuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sikap, Keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap. Baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Baik secara langsung maupum tidak langsung Sikap berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. To determine the effect of knowledge on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci partially and how much influence it has?, 2.) To determine the effect of attitudes on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci partially and how much how big is the effect?, 3.) To find out the work skills on the work performance of teachers at 34 Kerinci public junior high school partially and how big is the effect?, 4.) To find out the effect of knowledge, attitudes and skills on teacher work performance at 34 kerinci public junior high schools simultaneously and how much influence. The population in this study is a total of 30 teachers who are civil servants (PNS). Because the number of research objects at SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci was 30 teachers as samples. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis tools used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study indicate that: Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Attitudes, Skills has a positive and significant effect on attitudes. Both directly and indirectly knowledge has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Both directly and indirectly attitude has a positive and significant effect on work performance.
