Abstract

PENGARUH KETELADANAN PEMIMPIN, SANKSI HUKUM DAN KETEGASAN PEMIMPIN, TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT AIR HANGAT BARAT BIMA SASTRA Pembimbing: H. FERRY SISWADHI, S.E., M.Si Program Studi Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci, Sungai Penuh ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1.Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Keteladanan Pemimpin Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? 2. Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Sanksi Hukum Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? 3. Apakah Terdapat pengaruh Ketegasan Pemimpin Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? 4. Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Keteladanan Pemimpin, Sanksi Hukum dan Ketegasan Pemimpin Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat secara simultan dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian yaitu; 1. Secara Parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh Keteladanan Pemimpin terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat. Besarnya pengaruh X1 Terhadap Y adalah 5,85 %. 2. Secara Parsial terdapat pengaruh Sanksi Hukum terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat. Besarnya pengaruh X2 dengan Y adalah 49,35 %. 3. Secara Parsial tidak terdapat Pengaruh Ketegasan Pemimpin terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat. Besar Pengaruhnya -2,55 %. 4. Secara Simultan terdapat pengaruh Keteladanan Pemimpin, Sanksi Hukum, Ketegasan Pemimpin terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat. Besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi variabel terikatnya yaitu Keteladanan Pemimpin (X_1), Sanksi Hukum (X_2), Ketegasan Pemimpin (X_3), sebesar 52,7 %. Kata Kunci : Pemimpin, Keteladanan, Sanksi Hukum, Ketegasan, Disiplin Kerja. FERRY SISWADHI, S.E.,M.Si Management Study Program Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci, Sungai Penuh ABSTRACT This study aims to find out: 1.Is there a partial influence of the leader's example on the work discipline of the employees of the Air Hangat Barat Sub- District Head Office and how big is the effect? 2. Is there a partial effect of legal sanctions on the work discipline of the Air Hangat Barat sub-district office employees and how big is the effect? 3. Is there a partial influence of the leader's assertiveness on the work discipline of the employees of the Air Hangat Barat sub-district office and how big is the effect? 4. Is There The Effect of Leadership Exemplary, Legal Sanctions and Leader Firmness on Work Discipline of the Employees of the Air Hangat Barat Sub-District Office simultaneously and how big is the effect? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The research results are; 1. Partially, there is no influence of Exemplary Leaders on the Work Discipline of the Employees of the Air Hangat Barat Sub-District Office. The magnitude of the effect of X1 on Y is 5.85%. 2. Partially there is the effect of legal sanctions on the work discipline of the employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office. The magnitude of the effect of X2 with Y is 49.35%. 3. Partially there is no influence of the leader's assertiveness on the work discipline of the employees of the Air Hangat Barat Sub-District Office. Big influence -2.55%. 4. Simultaneously there is the influence of exemplary leaders, legal sanctions, and decisiveness of leaders on the work discipline of the employees of the Air Hangat Barat Sub-District Office. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of the dependent variable, namely the Example of Leaders (X_1), Legal Sanctions (X_2), Assertiveness of Leaders (X_3), amounted to 52.7%.
