Abstract

PENGARUH PENGALAMAN, MOTIVASI, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 1 KERINCI RENALDY YOHENDRA Pembimbing Skripsi H. Ferry Siswadhi S.E., M.Si Program Studi Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Sakti Alam Kerinci, Sungai Penuh ABSTRAK Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? (4) Apakah terdapat pengaruh pengalaman, motivasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman, motivasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci secara parsial dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. Alat Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Pengalaman, motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci Secara simultan pengalaman, motivasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 1 Kerinci. Besar pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PNS di SMPN 1 Kerinci adalah 61,1% , sisanya (100% - 61,1% = 38,9%) tidak diketahui. (2) Is there a partial influence of work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big is the influence? (3) Is there a partial influence of leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big is the influence? (4) Is there a partial influence of experience, motivation and leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big is the influence? The aims of this research are (1) To determine the influence of work experience on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci partially and how big the influence is. (2) To determine the partial influence of work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big the influence is. (3) To determine the partial influence of leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big the influence is. (4) To determine the partial influence of experience, motivation and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Kerinci and how big the influence is. The data analysis tool used in this research is descriptive analysis with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the research explain that there is a significant positive influence between experience, motivation and leadership style on the performance of SMPN 1 Kerinci teachers. Simultaneously experience, motivation and leadership style have a significant influence on the performance of SMPN 1 Kerinci teachers. The magnitude of the influence of work stress, work motivation and the environment on the job satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SMPN 1 Kerinci is 61.1%, the remainder (100% - 61.1% = 38.9%) is unknown.
