Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work ethic, work stress and work environment on the work productivity of teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci totaling 31 respondents. Data collection in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods, while the analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethic (X1) on Teacher Work Productivity (Y) at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci as evidenced by the value of t count t table (2.748 2.05183 ) with a significant value = 0.011 <0.05, where The effect of work ethic on teacher work productivity at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci is 15.8%. For teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci, work stress partially and negatively affects teacher work productivity, as evidenced by the small t count of t table (-2.076 > -2.05183) but with a significant value of work stress less than 0.05 (0.048). <0.05), where the magnitude of the effect of work stress on teacher productivity at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci is 6.1%. Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Work Productivity at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci, as evidenced by the small t value of t table ( 2.574 > 2.05183) with a significance value of 0.048 < 0.05, with a large influence of work ethic on work productivity of high school teachers. Negeri 6 Kerinci partially is 16.9%. Keywords: Work Ethic, Work Stress, Work Environment and Productivity
