Abstract

ABSTRACT CINNAMON INCOME ANALYSIS IN LUBUK TABUN RENAH PEMETIK VILLAGE, SIULAK MUKAI DISTRICT, KERINCI REGENCY, JAMBI PROVINCE AINA JUWITA PUTRI Main Supervisor : SILVIA RAHAYU, S.P.,M.Si Economic Development Study Program College of Natural Sciences Sakti Alam Kerinci This study aims to determine the production costs of Cinnamon in Lubuk tabun Renah Pemetik Village, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province and to determine the income of cinnamon farmers in Lubuk Tabun renah Pemetik Village, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. Furthermore, it is proccesedusing the formula for Fixed Costs, Variabel Costs, Production Costs, Revenues, and Profits. The research results are as follows : 1. The depreciation cost for purchasing equipment for Cinnamon farming in Lubuk Tabun Renah Pemetik Village is Rp. 1.295.800,- with the average fixed costfor each farmer is Rp. 80.988,- for each planting period. Fixed costs incurred are for hoes, spray pumps, machetes and buckets. While the variable costs incurred for the purchase ofequipment for Cinnamon farmers are Rp. 817.526.000,- with the average variable cost for each farmer is Rp. 51.095.375,- for each planting period. And for the production cost is Rp.818.821.800,- while the production cost of each farmer on average is Rp.51.176.363,-. 2. Farmer’s inchome by typefor farmers in Lubuk Tabuh Renah Pemetik village as a whole is Rp. 11.661.100.000,- the average selling price is Rp.52.188/kg. While the average revenue of Rp. 728.818.750,-. So that the amount of profit received by all Cinnamon farmers in the village of Lubuk Tabun Renah Pemetik is Rp. 10.842.278.200,- for one planting period (±5 years). While the average profit for each farmer is Rp. 677.642.388,- for one land period (±5 years). Keywords : Production, Income and Profit
