Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competence, non-physical work environment, and work motivation on the work performance of teachers at SMK N 1 Sungai Full City and how big the influence is. The object of this research is SMK N 1 Sungai Full City. N 1 Full River City with 30 people. Based on the results of the previous analysis and discussion, the following can be concluded as follows: Competence influences the work performance of teachers at SMK N 1 Sungai Full City. The magnitude of the influence of Competency on the Work Performance of SMK N 1 Teachers in Sungai Full City is 0.896 and with a significance value = 0.379 > 0.05. The Non-Physical Work Environment influences the Work Performance of Teachers in SMK N 1 Sungai Full City. The magnitude of the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on the Work Performance of SMK N 1 Teachers in Sungai Full City is 3.402 and with a significance value = 0.002 > 0.05. Motivation influences the Work Performance of Teachers of MK N 1 Sungai Full City. The magnitude of the influence of Work Motivation on the Achievement of SMK N Teachers 1 Full River City is 1.706 and with a significance value = 0.100 < 0.05.that Competence, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation influence the Job Performance of Teachers at SMK N 1 Sungai Full City. The magnitude of the influence of Competency, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation is (375.530> 2.74) with a significant value = 0.000 < 0.05.
