Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Company Value with Return On Assets as an intervening variable, the object of this research is PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. Data analysis uses path analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive causality which is classified as quantitative research. Based on the research results, it shows that: 1) There is no significant influence between the Current Ratio on Company Value at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. 2) There is no significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio on Company Value at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. 3) There is no significant influence between Return On Assets on Company Value at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. 4) There is no significant influence between the Current Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. 5) There is no significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Period 2014-2023. 6) Return On Assets (ROA) does not act as an intervening variable on Company Value with a total influence of 0.78%. 7) Return On Assets (ROA) does not act as an intervening variable on Company Value with a total influence of 0.07%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Return On Assets sebagai variabel intervening, objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausalitas yang tergolong kepada penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Current Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. 2) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. 3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. 4) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Current Ratio terhadap Return On Asset pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. 5) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Return On Asset pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Periode 2014-2023. 6) Return On Assets (ROA) tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan total pengaruh adalah 0,78%. 7) Return On Assets (ROA) tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan total pengaruh adalah 0,07%.
