Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) Is there any effect of PAD, Capital Expenditure, and Personnel Expenditure on the level of financial independence of Kerinci Regency in 2014 - 2020 partially. 2) Is there any influence of PAD, Capital Expenditure, and Personnel Expenditure on the level of financial independence of Kerinci Regency in 2014 – 2020 simultaneously. 3) the large influence of PAD, Capital Expenditures, and Personnel Expenditures on the level of financial independence of Kerinci Regency in 2014 - 2020. The research methodology used is a descriptive quantitative approach, the type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from relevant agencies which then processed using SPSS software by going through tests related to research needs. The results obtained are 1) Partially, Regional Original Income does not significantly affect the level of regional financial independence of Kerinci Regency in 2014 - 2020. 2) Partially, capital expenditures have an insignificant effect on the level of regional financial independence of Kerinci Regency in 2014 - 2020. 3) Partially, personnel expenditures have an insignificant effect on the level of financial independence of the Kerinci Regency in 2014 – 2020. 4.) Simultaneously, PAD, Modan Expenditures and Personnel Expenditures do not affect the level of financial independence of the Kerinci Regency in 2014 – 2020. 5) The magnitude of the influence of the variables of PAD, Capital Expenditure and Employee Expenditure on the Level of Regional Financial Independence in Kerinci Regency is 74.7%.
