Abstract

PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 12 SUNGAI PENUH Aulia Arjuna Ayu Esteka Sari, S.E., M.M Program Studi Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci, Sungai Penuh ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap produktivitas guru SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan berapa besarnya. 2) Untuk mengetahuipengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas guru SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan berapa besarnya. 3) Untuk mengetahuipengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas guru SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh secara parsial dan berapa besarnya. 4) Untuk mengetahuipengaruh beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas guru SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh secara simultan dan berapa besarnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh dengan jumlah 23 guru. Selanjutnya didapatkan semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 23 guru dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel atau (2,954 >2,05183) dan sig < α (0,008 < 0,05), dan besar pengaruh nya secara parsial adalah 39,9%. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel atau (2,875 >2,05183) dan sig < α (0,010 < 0,05), dan besar pengaruh nya secara parsial adalah 35,6%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (0,737<2,05183) dan sig > α (0,470 > 0,05), dan besar pengaruh nya secara parsial adalah 10,2%. Secara simultan beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru ini dibuktikan dengan Fhitung> Ftabel atau (38,014 > 3,13) dan sig < α (0,000 < 0,05), besar pengaruh nya secara simultan adalah 85,6%. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja EFFECT OF WORKLOAD, WORK MOTIVATION, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON TEACHER WORK PRODUCTIVITYSTATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 12 SUNGAI PENUH Aulia Arjuna Ayu Esteka Sari, S.E., M.M Study ProgramManagement Sakti Alam Kerinci School of Economics, Sungai Penuh ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) To determine the effect of workload on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh partially and how much. 2) To find out the effect of work motivation on the productivity of SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh teachers partially and how much. 3) To find out the effect of work discipline on the productivity of SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh teachers partially and how much. 4) To determine the effect of workload, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh simultaneously and how much. The population in this study were teachers of SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh with a total of 23 teachers. Furthermore, it was obtained that all populations were sampled as many as 23 teachers with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that workload has a significant effect on teacher work productivity as evidenced by tcount > ttable or (2,954 > 2.05183) and sig < (0.008 < 0.05), and the partial effect is 39.9% . Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher work productivity as evidenced by tcount > ttable or (2.875 > 2.05183) and sig < (0.010 <0.05), and the partial effect is 35.6%. Work discipline has a significant effect on teacher work productivity, as evidenced by tcount > ttable (0.737 < 2.05183) and sig > (0.470 > 0.05), and the partial effect is 10.2%. Simultaneously workload, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on teacher work productivity as evidenced by Fcount > Ftable or (38.014 > 3.13) and sig < (0.000 < 0.05), the magnitude of the effect simultaneously is 85, 6%.
