Abstract

PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DI DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN INSTALASI PENDUNG SEMURUP KERINCI PROVINSI JAMBI WAFIQ AZIZAH Pembimbing Utama H. Ferry Siswadhi,S.E.,M.Si PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Sakti Alam Kerinci ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Instalasi Pendung Semurup Kerinci Provinsi Jambi secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dan Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Instalasi Pendung Semurup Kerinci Provinsi Jambi sebanyak 31 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas nya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, Koefisien Determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunaan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara Parsial Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan Terhadap Motivasi kerja Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Instalasi Pendung Semurup Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, ini dibuktikan t hitung < t tabel (4,441 < 2,05183) dengan besarnya pengaruh adalah -36,7%, Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Motivasi kerja Pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Instalasi Pendung Semurup Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (4,201 < 2,05183) dengan besarnya pengaruh adalah 34,5%, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Motivasi kerja Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Instalasi Pendung Semurup Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (3,641 < 2,05183) dengan besarnya pengaruh adalah 27,4%. Secara simultan Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Motivasi Kerja yaitu sebesar 98,8%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 1,2% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Ferry Siswadhi, S.E.,M.Si MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM High School Of Economics (STIE) Sakti Alam Kerinci ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, education level and physical work environment on work motivation in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries at the Semurup Kerinci Pendung Installation in Jambi Province simultaneously and partially. The population and sample of this study were all employees at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Semurup Kerinci Pendung Installation, Jambi Province, consisting of 31 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the T test and F test. The results showed that partially emotional exhaustion had a negative and significant effect on the work motivation of the Marine and Fisheries Service, the Semurup Kerinci Protection Installation, Jambi Province, this proved t count < t table (4.441 < 2.05183) with the magnitude of the influence is 36,7%, Education has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the Kerinci Plantation and Livestock Service Employees, this is evidenced by t count < t table (4.201 < 2.05183) with a magnitude of influence of 34,5%, the Physical Work Environment has a Positive and Significant effect on the work motivation of the Marine and Fisheries Service Office of the Semurup Kerinci Pendung Installation in Jambi Province, this is evidenced by t count < t table (3.641 < 2.05183) with a magnitude of influence is 27,4%. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Physical Work Environment on Work Motivation which is equal to 98,8%.
