Abstract

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KOPERASI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ISNIA HAPIZO Pembimbing : H. Ferry Siswadhi, SE.,M.Si Program Studi : Manajemen Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Organizational Citizhenship Behavior sebagai Variabel Intervening di Dinas Koperasi Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh guru Dinas Koperasi Kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah ada 56 orang. Peneliti akan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga seluruh Dinas Koperasi Kota Sungai Penuh sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis analisis jalur (Path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS versi. 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Organizational Citizhenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizhenship Behavior, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizhenship Behavior, Organizational Citizhenship Behavior tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kerja pada Dinas Koperasi Kota Sungai PenuhOrganizational Citizhenship Behavior berperan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kerja pada Dinas Koperasi Kota Sungai Penuh. Ferry Siswadhi, SE., M.Si Study Program: Human Resource Management Sakti Alam Kerinci College of Economics ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening Variable in the Cooperative Office of Sungai Penuh City. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is all teachers of the Cooperative Office of Sungai Penuh City, totaling 56 people. The researcher will use total sampling technique so that all employees of the Cooperative Office of Sungai Penuh City are included, making the sample size in this study 40 employees. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational climate does not have a significant influence on employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not act as an intervening variable in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Cooperative Office of Sungai Penuh City. Organizational Citizenship Behavior acts as an intervening variable in the influence of organizational climate on employee performance in the Cooperative Office of Sungai Penuh City.
