Abstract
The Influence Of Motivation,Discipline And Work Environment Of Teacher Performance At State Junior High School 7 Sungai Penuh Dizin Qadar Wijaya Supervisor of Ferry Siswadhi S,E,.M,Si Management Study Program Kerinci Natural High School of Economics,Sungai Penuh ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and environment Teacher's work at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique in this study is accidental sampling. The samples taken in this study were 34 people Teacher of SMP Negeri 7 full river city The results of multiple linear regression analysis The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 10.226+ 0.354 X1+ 0.490 X2+0.226 X3. Based on data analysis usisng the F test, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect simultaneously and partially towards SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Penuh city. The magnitude of the influence of motivation (X1),Discipline (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 71.8%. whereas the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables. The larger the Adjusted R Square number,the stronger the influence of the three variables in the regression model. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment
