Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORKLOAD AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT PT KERINCI SEBLAT WORKS (KKS) WOOD ARO KERINCI DISTRICT JULIO TRI MURSA Supervisor Mauledy Ahmad S.E.,M.M MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM Sakti Alam Kerinci College of Economics (Stie). ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workloadand compensation on employee productivity at PT. the work of kerinci seblat. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat 58 respondents. the sample in this study is the entire population, namely 58 respondents. In this study using primary data and secondary data. The results in this study were obtained (1). Partially or simultaneously there was a significant influence between workload (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee work productivity at PT. Karya Kerinci Seblat. (a) Effect of Workload (X1) on Employee Productivity (Y). There is a significant influence between workload on employee work productivity at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat. (b) Effect of Compensation (X2) on Employee Work Productivity (Y). There is a significant influence between compensation on employee work productivity at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat. (c) Workload and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat. (2). 71.2% contribution of the amount of influence of workload (X1) and compensation (X2) on the work productivity of employees at PT. Kerinci Seblat's work, while 28.8% can be explained by other reasons outside of this research. (3). 23.4% contribution of the amount of influence of workload on employee work productivity at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat. (4). 47.7% contribution of the amount of influence of compensation on employee work productivity at PT. The work of Kerinci Seblat.
