Abstract

HE EFFECT OF COMPETENCE, NON-Physical WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE WORK ACHIEVEMENT OF TEACHERS OF SMA NEGERI 6 KERINCI Desi Adika Main Advisor : Sudirman,S.E,.MM Management Study Program Kerinci Natural High School of Economics ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on Work Achievement of Teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that competence has no significant effect on work performance. This is evidenced by t count > t table (-0, 841 > -2,05183). And the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant effect on Work Performance, this is evidenced by t count < t table (1.376 < 2.05183). While motivation has a significant effect on work performance, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.751 > 2.05183). Simultaneously there is an influence between Competence, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on the Work Performance of Kerinci 6 Public High School Teachers. other variables not examined.
